# Wild Rift Pocket — Marksman Role Guide

## Role Definition

AD-based ADC role that scales into a persistent auto-attack damage dealer. Weakest early, strongest late — relies on Support protection through mid-game. Positioning IS DPS: staying alive is the primary contribution.

## Stat Priority

- **Attack Damage** — baseline for autos + Q/E abilities
- **Attack Speed** — the second DPS multiplier; critical for on-hit builds
- **Critical Rate / Crit Damage** — crit-build core (100% CR + IE)
- **Lethality / Armor Penetration** — cuts through tank armor

- **Crit** (marksman_crit): Crit-focused ADC peaking in mid-to-late teamfights; ideal alongside enchanter + tank protect comps. Fits Caitlyn, Jinx, Ashe, Tristana, Miss Fortune.
  - Core 6: `galeforce, infinity-edge, magnetic-blaster, bloodthirster, dominiks-regards, gunmetal-greaves`
- **On-hit** (marksman_onhit): On-hit stacker; layered per-basic damage that shreds tanks and squishies alike. Fits Kai'Sa, Kog'Maw, Vayne, Varus — on-hit-scaling ADCs.
  - Core 6: `blade-of-the-ruined-king, guinsoos-rageblade, runaans-hurricane, terminus, wits-end, gunmetal-greaves`
