(70s Cooldown) Cannot be used during knock up or knock back effects. 800 Quicksilver Enchant TIPS: This enchant cleanses all crowd control effects, grants brief CC immunity, then boosts your tenacity and slow resist. Perfect for champions who need to quickly purge control to stay in the fight.
