Fiddlesticks

After a champion takedown, summons a Scarecrow Effigy for 3 seconds. The Effigy automatically tracks the nearest enemy champion, detonating upon reaching them or when its duration ends to fear all enemy champions nearby.

Passive: While unseen and out of combat or standing still for 0 seconds and impersonating an Effigy, damaging an enemy with an ability fears them for 1 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 seconds. Active: Unleashes a murder of crows, fearing the target hit for 1 / 1.2 / 1.4 / 1.6 seconds and dealing 4% / 5% / 6% / 7% of their current Health as magic damage increased by 1.5% per 100 AP. Deals at least 45 damage. If the target has recently been feared, they take 200% more damage instead of becoming feared again. Deals a maximum of 400 damage against monsters.

Channels and drains the souls of nearby enemies, dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+30% AP) magic damage per second for 2 seconds, plus 10% of the target's missing Health as damage at the end. Pain to Gain: Restores 40% / 45% / 50% / 55% of the damage as Health. Fiddlesticks is slowed by 30% while channeling. Recast anytime to end the channel early. If Fiddlesticks completes the channel without interruption, this ability's remaining cooldown is reduced by 50%. Health restored varies by target: Champions - 40%; Minions - 15%; Monsters 45%. Deals 160% damage against monsters and 50% damage against minions.

Slashes the target location with its scythe, dealing 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 (+50% AP) magic damage to enemies within the area and slowing them by 35% / 40% / 45% / 50% for 1.25 seconds. Enemies in the center are silenced.

Channels for 1.5 seconds, then blinks to the target location and summons Crowstorm, dealing 30 / 50 / 70 (+20% AP) magic damage every 0.25 seconds to nearby enemies for 5 seconds.
