Stormraider: When you deal damage equal to 25% of a champion's max Health within 2.5 seconds, inflict Squall on them and gain 25% Movement Speed for 2.5 seconds (25 second Cooldown).

Squall: After 2 seconds, deal 125 + 10% Ability Power magic damage to the target. If the target dies before Squall triggers, it instead instantly deals the same amount of damage to enemies in a large area and grants 25 gold.

Only the top core 3-item combinations Tencent publishes are counted, so the pick rate reads lower than actual and win rates and shares lean toward the top. Streamer and pro builds are the 407 Chinese builds published by Tencent (excluding those with removed items).

How it is calculated

Pick rate is the sum over champions and lanes, and win rate is the average weighted by it. The lane breakdown and "Items in the same core" are shares of that sum. Match counts are not published, so every champion is weighted equally.
